Why join us in a nutshell: • To become member of a team of talented software engineers who have already encountered complex engineering problems • To gain access to complex software projects of international range and will use edge technologies • To experience an open and friendly working atmosphere, where ideas are heard and any team member is invited to actively participate in the design process • To attend technical stand-ups and share your accomplishments with the entire technical department • As ZuluTrade Group includes both well-established companies and spin-offs, you will enjoy the unique culture of an adolescent start-up combining freshness with stability • You will report to the Mobile Team Lead and have close collaboration with cross-functional teams of software engineers, as well as directly with the Top Management To succeed in this role, you should be able to: • Quickly and accurately capture the key product characteristics and business model • Apply structured thinking in order to design and build app’s architecture and UI • Familiarize and sustain coding structure, principles and methodologies adopted by the existing mobile development team • Adapt to a constant organizational transformation, requiring to hold on to your commitments, work with limited supervision and deliver on time The following characteristics will be much appreciated: • Feel excited with the idea of participating in ambitious projects, applying edge technologies • Being professional, confident and easy to work with • Demonstrating self-motivation, learning agility and drive for excellence Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • At least 1 year of experience in Android applications development • Published applications on Google Play • Working knowledge in Java, Android OS and Android SDK, as well as Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices • Experience with native APIs (Location, Bluetooth etc.) will be considered a plus • Experience using RESTful APIs • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems • Fluency in English We offer: • Competitive salary, directly dependent on candidate's profile and experience • Remarkable working space at central location of Piraeus • Flexible working hours • Friendly environment comprising young, enthusiastic, multi-national staff |
