About the Internship in Marketing

The internship in Marketing is sponsored by the Department of Consulting Excellence and is aimed at recent graduates who wish to pursue a career in consulting with a focus in Marketing Management. During the program you will be exposed to numerous marketing related challenges as are faced by businesses in our industries of focus and will participate and provide support in the development and delivery of insightful marketing strategies. The core focus of the program will be in developing and enhancing valuable market research and market interpretation skills. To succeed in the program you will need to be a team player with a passion for Marketing and Branding who thrives at challenges. As an intern within the department you will be based at our modern headquarters in the city of Patras close to all the amenities that the commercial center has to offer.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• A good academic track record with high grades achieved in marketing, economics or a relevant discipline;
• Exceptional analytical skills and very strong problem solving ability;
• Strong computer skills and experience with applications of the MS-Office Suite;
• Strong communication and team work skills;
• Experience with working in teams under tight deadlines;
• High intellectual curiosity and the tendency to challenge conventional thinking;
• A genuine interest in business and some understanding of the challenges faced by organizations in our industries of focus; and
• Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
