We are currently seeking for ambitious team players to become part of our dynamic Consulting team in our offices in Athens. As a Consultant in our Financial Services Industry service line, and specifically on the field of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), you will work to help our clients in their efforts to solve challenging business and organizational issues.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

During your tenure as a Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Develop Robotics solutions that meet business requirements
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle, including:
  •     Liaising with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and with Solution Architects on functional and technical designs
  •     Supporting the Delivery Lead / Project Manager with scoping and estimation of development efforts
  •     Working collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs
• Develop program specifications and detailed design documents in collaboration with Business Analysts and/or Solution Architects
• Configure Robotics software and work through Robotics exceptions and iterations
• Code, test and debug complex applications programs. Enforce coding standards and perform code reviews & ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing
• Provide primary support for assigned systems and applications; providing backup support for other systems as needed
• Work independently with limited support, while aligned to weekly and daily agile governance (weekly sprints, reporting)
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
• Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
• Recognize technology as a business enabler
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
• Design TO-BE business processes that include new and optimized metrics and controls
• Analyze client’s artifacts and data to accurately design current state business processes 

 OUR REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the role you must have:

• External client-facing consultancy experience
• Prior experience of working in/with Financial Services firms
• University degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Advanced Analytics, or related field
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyse complex data with good attention to details
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology and/or related fields with at least 1 year of developer / programming experience in R&CA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and/or Work Fusion
• Ability to analyse, understand business problems and document in a detailed design document
• Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) including macros creation
• Excellent oral and written Greek & English language communication skills
• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates

The following will be an added advantage:

• .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development experience
• Scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript) experience
• Proven experience in Java / .NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL) or similar
• Certification from 1 or 2 RPA vendors preferred (at least one of Blue Prism UiPath)
• Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
