We are looking for a talented Junior Web Designer to work with our Design team and produce distinctive websites for our customers. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design as well as a general proficiency in front end web graphic design and basic HTML web development.

Key responsibilities

• Take on designing and maintaining clients/partners websites as well as internal sites using our Website Builder
• Take pre-built images, or use pre-built website templates or styling guides and use the “drag-and-drop” tool to create or change elements to improve, create and modify webpages
• Assist in setting up the design for our emailing marketing campaigns
• Translate visual prototypes into websites
• Test and troubleshoot pages on multiple browsers and platforms
• Assign in uploading articles in our blog pages
• Execute key deliverables for clients, partners, and internal marketing efforts

Requirements

• Proven work experience in the area of web design or online advertising design
• An excellent eye for visual design, and a great instinct for UI and UX best practices
• BS/MS in Design or similar field
• Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with responsive design concepts for mobile, phone, and tablet interfaces
• Working knowledge of Wordpress is a plus
• A web portfolio with recent work will be considered an asset
