Experienced TIBCO Professional, will be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Ideal Candidate will envision, estimate, define, build and deploy solutions using standard delivery assets to improve clients' delivery approach.

Main Responsibilities:

Documenting business requirements

Supervising team

Performing application design activities (e.g., designing user interface, usability testing)

Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software

Creating functional requirements as an input to application design

Assisting with build, test and deploy activities

Performing testing work

Administering tools (e.g. testing tools)

Strongly required skills:

Very good educational background in IT or in a numerate discipline (such as Engineering, Mathematics etc.)

Deep knowledge of TIBCO

Previous working experience in functional projects of at least 2-3 years

Understanding of how to configure/change/resolve issues with the above mentioned applications’ functionality

Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
