HEALTH AND SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR FOR WORK AND SYSTEMS

Main accountabilities

  • Conducts safety visits to sites to ensure compliance with company standards and proposes corrective and preventive measures
  • Identifies health and safety hazards inherent in the organization’s operations and proposes respective guidelines for protection
  • Conducts and/or supervises measurements of chemical and physical agents in the working environment
  • Administers Health and Safety Systems followed by the Company
  • Administers Quality System ISO 9001 and Environment System ISO 14001

    Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Mining or Mineral Resources Engineering
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Previous working experience in health and safety, construction sector, technical projects, industrial production or mine exploitation will be considered an asset
