The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (or at least one similar language like Python)

- A relevant B.Sc./B.A. degree

- Built and deployed commercial Web applications

- Familiarity with at least one MVC framework

- A demonstrable knowledge of Javascript and CSS

- Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals and schema design

- Familiarity with Scrum process

- Familiarity with Test Driven Development

- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing commercial applications (applications that are used in production environments) will be considered a plus.
