S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. one of the largest industrial mineral companies, pursuing a dynamic strategy of expanding on a global scale, seeks to recruit:

HR Senior Executive (Ref.No. HRS11-05)

Job responsibilities:
Leading a team of professionals responsible for development and implementation of HR systems and policies in Greece (training recruiting, performance management, compensation). The position reports to the Corporate Human Resources Manager.

Candidate Profile:

  • University graduate preferably in Economics or Engineering.
  • Postgraduate studies in Human Recourses Management will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in various HR areas with a minimum 4 years leadership role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Self directed and motivated with leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively interact with all levels within the company.
