The successful candidate will participate in a two-year training and development program consisting of managing four consecutive business development projects in four European countries.

You get an opportunity to test the scope of your education and utilise your potential. We offer you thorough evaluation, coaching and mentoring from Grundfos executives to support your development, attractive remuneration package and excellent working conditions.

When you will have successfully finished the Sales Graduate Programme, you will have developed the capability to take on an important sales or marketing position within the global Grundfos organisation.

Your profile?

You are a newly graduate with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree. You are looking for an international career and you would like to work within Sales or Marketing to influence the Strategic future of Grundfos. Your field of expertise is in:

• Engineering or
• Sales and Marketing

Your personality is built on ambitions, proactiveness, business orientation with focus on high drive and results. You are willing to work abroad which requires excellent English skills.
