We are looking for a Junior Project Planner to join our team working on the Northern Road Axis of Crete (NRAC/BOAK) project. As a Junior Project Planner, you will receive on-the-job training and continuous guidance to support you in developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring project progress, and coordinating activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support project planning activities through the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and resource plans via Oracle Primavera P6
• Participate in monitoring project progress and coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables
• Prepare basic progress reports, planning updates, and project documentation to support the planning team
• Participate in project meetings and assist in collecting progress updates from site and technical teams
• Maintain and update planning data, trackers, and reporting tools to ensure accurate project information
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of project activities

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Excellent command of MS-Office Suite
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
