Description
The CRANN institute at Trinity College Dublin is seeking to appoint a Funding Manger for the SFI funded AMBER Centre (ambercentre.ie). AMBER is the SFI-funded Advance Materials and Bioengineering Research Centre. The appointee will have responsibility for sourcing non-exchequer funding opportunities from European and International agencies and writing and submitting proposals. They will have responsibility for the implementation of AMBER’s strategy in conjunction with the Director, the International Funding Executive and Lead PIs. Knowledge of the comprehensive suite of funding schemes in Horizon 2020 and excellent grant writing, communication and project management skills are central to the role. The appointee will be expected to take up his/her duties as soon as possible.
