We are currently looking for a dedicated

CRM Senior Specialist (m/f)

who can join us in Frankfurt as soon as possible.

DB Systel develops and supports the majority of IT systems at Deutsche Bahn AG, and a new area of growth in this context is Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based on the Siebel platform. As an experienced system architect, you complement the expertise of DB Systel in this growth area and provide targeted support for the continued expansion of it. Your work here lies primarily in the technical design field, which requires a sound understanding of the Siebel platform and the best practices that are established there. Working together, both within the project team and beyond, is an important element in the development of this business unit for us.

Your profile:

• University degree in IT, information systems or business administration, or comparable relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in constructing, designing and supporting systems on a Siebel basis, and experience in a number of major development projects
• Experience in creating, operating, configuring, expanding,
• analysing and optimising the performance of Siebel systems
• Extensive experience in modelling with UML2 and a sound knowledge of the requirements of the entire software development cycle
• An ability to not only identify and resolve technical problems independently,
• but also actively advise the customer about new functions and the best possible ways of technically implementing functional aspects
• Excellent initiative, dedication to work, as well as a professional manner and appearance
• Good English skills
• German skills preferred
• Creativity to resolve new and unusual tasks
• Service and customer orientation as well as an awareness of quality
