The Application Development Clearing section cares for the software development of the Eurex Clearing applications and their components as well as support of production with analysis and fix-its. All phases from the specification, concept over the implementation and test to the maintenance the running applications are covered.

Your responsibilities

	Alignment of the clearing system architecture with the enterprise wide standards defined by CTO.
	Design, build, test and maintenance of the Eurex Clearing applications and their components.
	Support during the rollout phase of new releases and release introduction.
	Maintenance and issue resolution of the Clearing application in the production environment.

Our requirements

	University degree or higher technical degree in an IT related discipline;
	Technical skills in the following domains;
	Software development in Java/JEE;
	JBoss application server, Linux operating system;
	PostgreSQL;
	Data Modelling;
	Additional skills in one or more of the following areas will be of advantage;
	Shell scripting, Programming in Python;
	Inter-personal skills are essential;
	Good communication and analytical skills;
	Highly self-motivated, self directed and attentive to details;
	Ability to work in a multi-cultural international team;
	Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset;
