This position is responsible for Product Regulatory Affairs for Agilent's Dako Denmark operations including: 

• Work with Agilent consultants who prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and provide quality assurance and administration of these
• Defining and implementing strategies on how to best comply with regional and local product safety regulations. Acting as a resource to the business and local organizations for product safety event reporting.
• Ensuring that local product, processes and legal reporting complying with environmental legislation (e.g. REACH, RoHS, SDS, GHS/CLP labeling packaging, battery and End of Life product take back) are established and implemented. 
• Developing and implementing programs and processes to ensure that the company products are in compliance with safety, EMC, and environmental legislation and meet customer expectations.
• Assisting customer facing organizations in answering customers’ inquiries regarding Agilent product technical and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Creating and maintaining an efficient network in the Agilent and external regulatory communities and building contacts with key governmental authorities
• Representing Agilent positions in industry consortia, trade associations and at government agencies, as appropriate.
• Focused on Dako Denmark organization but provides support for other Dako operations globally
• Participating in relevant internal Product Regulatory Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs)
