This is a unique opportunity to work with Senior Management of the Group on highly strategic projects and help shape the future strategy and development of the company.
In this role you will be in charge of the management of Enovos’ participations and renewable energy production assets in Italy.
Your tasks
- Close follow-up of development, construction and asset sales process
- Close control and coordination with the SPV’s management
- Follow-up of investments and financial situation
- Detailed follow-up of all contracts, with particular focus on financing, EPC and O&M
- Interface with technical teams, financial institutions, legal advisors and public authorities
- Preparation of BoD meetings for Enovos Directors
- Weekly structured status reporting towards Enovos Directors and Head of Renewable Energies
- Daily operational management of the companies in collaboration with the technical managing director
- Interface with financial institutions, public authorities, contractual counterparts, domiciliation company and bookkeeping
- Active claim management
- Preparation of monthly performance and financial reports for Enovos management
- Interface with Enovos management, group controlling and legal departments
Your profile
- Master degree in either technical or financial engineering, ideally completed by an MBA
- Minimum 4 years experience in asset/participation management and/or audit
- Experience in the Renewable Energies sector preferred
- Excellent analytical, reporting & problem solving capacities
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to understand complex issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, organized and results-driven
- Mother tongue Italian and fluency in English & French or German are a must
