Responsibilities

A vacancy has arisen within the Facilities Department for a Senior Project Engineer. Medtronic is an equal opportunity employer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement the site Quality and EHS and Energy Management systems in accordance with ISO13485, 21CFR, Part A20, site IPC License, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, 1SO 50001, legal and corporate requirements;
  • Support the Medtronic campus in the provision of Facilities services, to include the provision of clean rooms, building and utilities services and management;
  • Manage and co-ordinate site modification and changes in accordance with corporate, site, regulatory and legal requirement;
  • Perform construction plans, documents and risk assessments in accordance with the Construction Regulations 2013;
  • Define and establish specifications, PM requirements and schedules for Facilities equipment and infrastructure;
  • Perform route cause investigation and analysis for Facility related Quality and EHS CAPA’s;
  • Contribute to the timely performance of the Facilities departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 8 Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineering) is required;
  • 3-5 years experience in construction and/or medical device industry;
  • Previous experience as PSDP and/or PSCS an advantage;
  • Previous experience in Clean room maintenance an advantage;
  • Experience and proven track record in project management;
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate others to achieve challenging targets.
