The role

As a manufacturing engineer, you'll develop, define and introduce Lean and consistent global manufacturing process concepts. Working closely with your team, you'll investigate and shape leading edge best practice approaches. Acting as mentor, sounding board and specialist, you'll lead projects and programmes and support the assembly function to adopt more productive ways of working. You'll solve problems by delivering safe, high quality, repeatable and cost effective solutions.
The requirements
A highly skilled manufacturing engineer with an innovative approach, you have a proven track record of implementing Lean and Quality tools within leading edge manufacturing and production environments. Experience of TAKT driven lines is preferred. You'll certainly demonstrate good understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques, together with knowledge of research and development. You'll either be qualified to degree/HND level in engineering or have equivalent professional experience. Excellent communication and influencing skills are vital. French language skills will be an advantage.
