| Qualifications required: | Understand both the front and back end of WordPress.
Work closely with: project managers, art directors, and QA in order to develop new websites and maintain existing ones.
Modify and customize plugins for our sites. Create new plugins, as necessary.
Support, extend and enhance existing code.
At least 1 year in Web Development for Wordpress.
BS in a Computer Science - an advantage.
HTML 5, CSS 3 and JavaScript skills
Proficient with developing WordPress Themes and plugins
Expert JavaScript/ jQuery development experience
Write clean and well-documented code
Excellent communication skills
Self-Starter, with management skills
Able to work under tight deadlines |
