Vattenfall-IT is the internal IT provider for the entire Vattenfall Group including Nuon. We are seeking new staff for our Active Directory & Mail team at our offices in Hamburg as Technical Expert Active Directory Environment (f/m).
Our Active Directory & Mail team is part of the Data Centre unit. Both within the Vattenfall Group and on the external market, our main task is to secure the active directory, domain name service, distributed file system, public key infrastructure and Windows-specific protocols including WINS, LDAP and NTLM2x. Beyond that we operate tools to automate administration of Active Directory like file share creation or access rights.
Together with your mentor, you will lay the groundwork for the skills and knowledge you require to assume responsibility for your first areas of action. Ongoing qualification and continuing education courses will prepare you for your job, so that you can gradually take on greater challenges.
Your job as Technical Expert Active Directory Environment (m/f)
- You will develop the communication and directory service solutions required within the Vattenfall Group
- You will be responsible for the design and further engineering of the current infrastructure landscape
- You will introduce new services and improve those already implemented
- You will be the first point of contact for technical questions related to messaging and the active directory architecture
