Junior Insurance Officer (female/male)

You will be working in our team in Luxembourg. Your primary responsibility will be the organizational and administrative support of insurance related tasks within the DBG. Furthermore, you will be involved in the ongoing development and maintenance of DBG#s insurance portfolio.

Your responsibilities
Reading and analysing contracts with regard to insurance related information such as liability and subrogation clauses
Handling of internal and external insurance related requests
Contacting insurers and insurance brokers to deal with technical questions
Filing and retrieving organizational documents, records and reports
Attending meetings in order to record minutes
Analysing and preparing of data
Supporting claims handling
Preparing management reports and presentations

Our requirements
Bachelor degree in a related field or successfully completed insurance apprenticeship
Working experience in the insurance business for at least 2 years is considered as an advantage
Excellent organisational, analytic and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English (French is a plus)
