To strengthen our team in Luxembourg with production in Dudelange, we are looking for a:
Glass Laminating Line Shift Supervisor (m/f)
(on shift work)
Your responsibilities:
- Assure permanent safety and quality of the production line
- Manage and lead a production team (6 persons) on a 4-shift rotation
- Suggest, implement and follow continuous improvement projects
- Ensure coordination between the line and the other department of the plant (logistic, float production…)
- Deliver multiple short and long-term solutions designed to manage the change processes and meet business targets.
Your profile:
- Bac + 2/ Bac + 3 with an experience in an industrial environment or significant experience within the industry.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tool will be appreciated
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience Always chase improvements by proposing creative ideas
- Customer oriented and analytical approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels
- Good knowledge in English, any other language would be appreciated
- A team player, self-motivated, energetic and result oriented
- Excellent organizational skills, rigorous and a great sense of initiative
