Global HR Technology Specialist

Major accountabilities:

The Global HR Technology specialist will be the owner of UCB HR Systems Landscape (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, HR Intranet, HR Mobile Applications).
The focus activities of the job will be to:
Lead initiatives of continuous system improvements;
Ensure high data quality and integrity;
Provide expert user support;
Safe keep HR Technology knowledge;
Oversee some HR processes execution (e.g. Compensation Management, Workforce Planning);
Depending on project size, contribute or manage new HR technology projects;
Partner with HR functions, stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to define business requirements;
Participate to the efforts to accomplish significant improvements in process efficiency, speed, quality and delivery by proactively identifying opportunities to solve recurring issues;
Acting as the real bridge between the HR and the IT.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree concentration in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong, current understanding of Human Resources principles and practices; actual work experience in an HR role preferred;
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management;
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with all levels within the organization;
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation;
Must be proactive and self-directed;
Must be capable of working independently while remaining a team player;
Experience working with SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors;
Fluent level of English. French would be an asset.
