For the Research, Development & Operation Department we are looking for a qualified Senior Project Leader 100%.
Your tasks
- Take global ownership to complete assigned projects within deadlines;
- Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams;
- Proactively monitor performance (timeline, quality, budget and resources);
- Elaborate design concepts based on company strategy, customer needs, essential quality aspects and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stake holders.
Your profile
- Engineering, bio/engineering or life science degree and 8 to 10 years professional work experience;
- MBA or equivalent post graduate diploma is a plus;
- Energetic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with strong execution abilities and customer focus;
- Entrepreneurial spirit capable of appropriate risk taking;
- Strong analytical skills and result-orientation;
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactivity to cultivate a network of productive relationships in an international matrix environment;
- Strong communication skills in a multi-lingual environment, proficiency in English;
- Stamina and high stress tolerance;
- Sustained experience and proven results and success in the following areas: Sound knowledge in applicable standards and regulations (MDD, FDA, ISO);
- Experience in leading global medical device development projects;
- Operating in a complex and changed matrixes environment.
