Areas of responsibility
As Well Integrity Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that the wells are operated in a safe and efficient manner and that they are fit for their intended service and in compliance with National legislations, recognized standards and company requirements. Moreover, you ensure that maintenance operations and procedures are in compliance with company requirements.
Serving as corporate well integrity specialist, you are the knowledge base and advisor on technical issues and legislation and standards. This includes being involved in well operations where relevant, liaising with internal parties on well integrity related issues and developing and maintaining the company well integrity management system. You also advocate well integrity focus within our organisation and facilitate partner audits on well integrity.
Furthermore, your key duties will be to:
Facilitate and drive development of well integrity management (standards, procedures, communication);
Support assets in developing adequate competences in relation to well integrity management;
Perform risk management (incl. facilitating risk assessments, What if analysis, Hazid, Hazop etc.);
Define well integrity requirements to High Pressure High Temperature well operations;
Provide well integrity requirements to completion design that account for the entire lifecycle of wells.
Your Profile
You have recent experience from a similar position with an Exploration & Production Operator, preferably including High Pressure High Temperature development and operations. You hold a degree from a recognized university or technical college combined with several years of relevant industry experience, ideally within one or more of the following; Well Operations, Well Service, Completion & Drilling, Production Technology. If you have significant industry experience, combined with specialist knowledge, you would also fulfil the requirements.
Preferably, you are also an experienced Prosper and WellCat user. As we are an international organisation, you speak and write English fluently.
As a person, you are able to work independently, and you are a flexible team player with good communication as well as problem solving skills.
