Our global account teams need support and inspiration to continuously strengthen their approach and improve their performance.
Your job
You will be responsible for supporting the development and consolidation of account plans and support activities, working closely with our Global Strategic Account Managers, in line with the company’s overall business plan, and for the follow up and management reporting.
You will be responsible for developing and driving initiatives or campaigns in co-operation with our Global Strategic Account Management Team to expand our offering with selected customers.
The focus in 2015 will be developing the 1st Generation of a Customer Benefits Program for our Global Strategic Accounts.
You will report to the Vice President of Global Strategic Account Management and be part of a team of 15 experienced professionals engaged in sales proposals, global strategic account management, and global marketing.
Your qualifications
The job requires a strong business understanding and excellent analytical and communication skill.
- You have a Master’s degree with excellent results in either engineering, economics, finance or marketing and 6-10 years of work experience preferably with an international consultancy firm or complex, internationally working company.
- You have experience with change processes within account management and/or business development.
- You have working experience within engineering business or other b2b areas and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have a strong personal drive and diplomatic skills. You take an active part in teamwork to ensure a good team spirit, knowledge sharing with your colleagues and great results. But you also enjoy working on your own.
- You are result-oriented and have a well-structured approach to your work.
- You must speak and write Danish and English fluently.
- You are excellent with IT tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are ready to work in a change-oriented organisation and capable of adapting to new procedures and conditions whenever needed.
