Responsibilities
Create with the help of the SET (Simultaneous Engineering Team) leaders the right set of product requirements document that will make the product compliant with all external and internal requirements:
Cost targets in line with Platform cost roadmap for the product;
Design requirements;
Quality;
T2M;
RAMS specifications;
Customer requirements;
Legal;
SC robustness;
EHS;
Manufacturing;
Transport & Installation;
O&M;
Define and maintain an organization for his project, including appointment of the SET leaders and members. This is made in collaboration with and supported by all required functions in the organization;
Create and maintain a general roadmap and detailed schedule for his projects.
Identify all necessary deliverables for each phase of the project, and implement necessary actions to get them duly delivered ontime;
Launch, follow-up and monitor all necessary actions in order to ensure implementation of the product requirements within his project;
Delivery on time according to project schedule of deliverables within his scope for complete PDQ process including prototype completion and until design freeze for series production;
Organize, monitor and follow-up Project duties (weekly Project meeting, definition of deadlines, minutes of the meetings, maintain the standard Project status reporting, KPI’s);
Attend platform meetings organized by the Platform Director with the other Project Managers and SET Leaders and report there on the Project status and progress;
Support the Platform Director in the top management reporting regarding the project status and progress.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Master of Science in Engineering. Specialisation in energy sciences and Project or Business management complementary education is a plus.
Knowledge/Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical area in engineering tasks, experience in the field of large rotating electrical machines is a plus;
Experience in project management;
Experience of at least 2 years in wind engineering is a plus;
High Level of English.
Technical skills/Competencies:
Good vision of the wind mill technology;
Good level in Project and resource management;
Knowledge of the wind energy market;
Knowledge in production processes of big Industrial equipment;
Wind Offshore/Onshore knowledge and related tools for the design, SC and manufacturing.
Behavioral skills/Competencies:
Team working skills;
Cross functional Management ability;
Ability for the dinamization of tasks both internal and external;
Learning capacity (high integration speed in the team);
High degree of implication.
