Required Qualifications & Experience
Electronic or Mechanical Engineer/practical engineer
Proven record in leading NPI activities and product transfer to production
Previous experience in engineering or NPI group in a high tech company
Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and electronic packaging processes
Knowledge of computing platforms, servers, storage
Knowledge in AGILE , ORACLE ERP, ORACLE CONFIGURATOR – advantage
High matrix management capabilities, ability to lead and motivate the others
High professional and technical skills, fast learning abilities
Wide organizational vision and proactive approach
Excellent interpersonal skills, high motivation, ability to work under pressure and multitasking
Excellent English (verbal and written)
Job Description
Join engineering group as engineering product lead, responsible for the line of multidisciplinary products
Matrix work with various internal departments and external subcontractors
Responsibility for NPI project management, engineering process and documentation, configuration control, production support
Build and maintain product engineering infrastructure, lead engineering changes and product lifecycle management
