Job purpose
We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Advisory practice, which is among others, a leading service provider to Banking, Insurance and other large corporate clients in a variety of industries, both locally and internationally.
As an IT Professional you will contribute to a broad range of information technology related client engagements and internal projects, in Greece and abroad. As part of the development practices you will be using industry leading frameworks & platforms and the latest technologies in the context of proven agile development frameworks.

Desired Skills and Experience
Technical skills requirements:
- Academic background, including a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology/ Systems or other related field.
- Software development skills in some of the following:
- JEE (Java, JSP/ servlets, JSF, JPA, Spring, JBoss/ WebSphere/ WebLogic),
- Exposure in Microsoft .NET technologies and tools (e.g., MS Visual Studio, C# or VB.NET, ASP.NET/ MVC, Linq, ADO.NET/ Entity Framework, WCF)
- Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle ADF, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL,
- HTML5, CSS, XML, XSD/ XSL, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax,
- Web services (SOAP, WSDL, WS-*, JAX-WS, JAXB)
- Exposure in various engineering activities including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
- Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills in both Greek and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Ability to manage client relationships with senior executive or management team, ensuring feedback is obtained and reacted to.
- Ensure that risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout assignment delivery.
- Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work abroad for international projects.
- Completed military obligations (where applicable).
Any of the following will also be considered an asset:
- MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, MySQL and NoSQL databases
- ETL tools, SOA and ESB platforms.
- IT related professional qualifications.
- No previous working experience is required, although a relevant working experience of up to 5 years will be considered an asset.
