No matter what you do, or what country or city you do it in, your work helps make greatness possible.Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:As a member of the Global Direct to Consumer Analytics team, the Global Web Analytics Consultant engages with leadership to provide insights enabling data driven fact based decision making. The Global Web Analytics Consultant will engage with business to identify and prioritize new demand for analytical services, and will drive implementation of required new functionalities with web analytics and / or IT teams.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with business stakeholders (VP-level) to understand relevant goals, targets, and KPIs. Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to support enhancements to site engagement, site conversion, site usability, content, marketing, and the overall customer experience.• Design and implement KPI Frameworks and govern creation of reports and dashboards covering strategic, tactical and operational KPI’s.• Lead the development and maintenance of the global reporting libraries governed from the global analytics team and used by the markets and business units• Collaborate with business stakeholders within particular functional areas to pro-actively enhance quality of data capture, analysis and reporting for that functional area through an agile development process• Manage demand for insights delivered through reports, dashboards or ad hoc analysis, prioritize requests and manage delivery of results by global web analytics teams, market web analytics teams or business unit web analytics teams• Engage with (web-) analytics community both inside and outside the company to spot best practices, investigate use cases and build business cases to implement those within adidas• Define and manage research and analysis programs to create data-driven insights about consumer behavior, traffic patterns, conversion funnel, navigation and product selection. Distribute results of analysis through white papers, workshops etc.• Analyze third party data and industry research to establish and report on benchmarks and identify relevant emerging trends.• Create pre- and post- analyses to support projects, A/B testing, marketing programs. Demonstrate impact on key KPIs and provide follow-up recommendations.• Engage with analysts and business users to foster a culture of data driven decision making• Systematically collaborate and share insights with regional business analytics and user experience teams and global teamsKey Relationships:• Local/regional/global adidas ecom leadership• Local/regional country marketing managers• Local/regional analytics managers• Marketing agency, tool vendors• Global Web analytics team• Global Marketing team• Global User experience teamKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Excellent consulting skills, ability to engage with business and leadership and provide strategic, tactical and operational insights based recommendations• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously and discern priorities• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, deliver business insights and propose solutions to various technical and business issues• The ability to understand and explain complex analytics issues and communicate those clearly and effectively to internal and external clients and vendors, both orally and in writing• Understands and can calculate (e)retail math and ecommerce key performance indicators• A passion for (proactively) delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.• Functional knowledge of eCommerce content, search engine optimization/marketing, user experience, analytics, core eCommerce capabilities, CRM processes and programs and overlaps/opportunities in relation to behavioral web dataRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:• Master degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Econometrics, Math or other quantitative field.• A minimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce / Digital Marketing business intelligence environment.• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical consulting role• Hand-on experience in enterprise web analytics analysis and web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Webtrends, ComScore or WebTrekk.• Experience with AB and Multi-variate testing tools preferred (eg. Optimizely, Sitespect, Adobe Target)• Experience with Voice of Customer tools preferred (eg.
