Business Analyst (Product Catalog Analyst)

Analysis in view of mapping business requirements to solution options within the product catalogue as represented in POST Telecom's BSS systems
Analysis of configuration and implementation solutions with respect to existing implementations as well as future orientations
Impact analysis and level of effort estimates
Implementation of new products and commercial offers
Configure settings for use in test and live environments
Creation and maintenance of documentation (design documents, implementation, versioning)
Coordination with relevant stakeholders including BSS management, release/test management, development/deployment management, IT operations, etc.
Tracking and resolution of defects (root cause analysis)
Unit testing/retesting as required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
Significant experience in the area of telecommunications products IT lifecycle (design, configuration, billing, etc.)
Good knowledge of telecom product portfolio
Experience in working independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Good communication skills for user support, demonstrated analytical and methodological skills
Knowledge of Amdocs CES 7.5 suite of BSS applications (and most specifically EPC)
Knowledge of relevant tools (IT management, telecom COTS packages)
In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite of applications
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and French, Luxembourgish being an advantage
