| Job description: | POSITION: IT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast growing IT oriented working environment. The candidate will focus on both users and systems support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily IT related operations of the company. He will be required to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for all employees of the company for local and remote offices. He will be responsible for gathering information, analysing symptoms and figuring out how to resolve all IT related issues that employees may face during their day to day operations. The successful candidate will also be required to assist in the configuration and operation of the company’s IT Infrastructure. This will include windows server installation, configuration and support, local area networking configuration and support and IT systems administration, configuration and support. |
