The successful candidate will be able to be in constant contact with customers (new and/or existing) to provide all the necessary information, update and in general to promote our products and services. Therefore, good communication , passionate and technology literate will be required. You will collect and collate feedback and communicate feedback to the rest of the team and colleagues.
Requirements:
- BsC in Computer Science or MIS
- Strong analytical and management skills
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Able to provide the customers with the required information and product in time
- Co-ordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback
- Plan product launch
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Speaking and understanding Russian will be considered as advantage.
