SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER M/F Permanent position

Within the Scientific Division Project Management team, you will manage cross functional teams to develop products from the early development stage through registration. You may also manage projects related to process development and special task forces.
You will also coordinate a set of projects pooled by geographical area, disease, or compound. You will ensure coherence between the project of the program in terms of development strategy, objectives, timing, cost and resources, and will ensure adequate communication within and outside the teams in order to optimize decision making on the program.

Description

• You manage the global cross functional team of professionals responsible for project development in accordance with defined goals and procedures and interface with members of the organization outside of Development and also outside of the company;
• You implement, facilitate, organize and manage actions that may improve team motivation, empowerment and mutual comprehension of the different teams members;
• You ensure expert role in the development of the projects in the program;
• You ensure project alignment with objectives and facilitate cross-functional collaboration in accordance with timelines, priorities, budgets and resources;
• You realize appropriate reporting of project progression inside and outside the team and ensure upward and downward communication with the project managers in charge of the projects
• You set yearly and long-term plan forecasts for each project and organize, manage project risks & supervises risk management
• You ensure the respect of regulatory requirements and the use of internal project management model and promote the use of professional quality standards.
