Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination and implementation of projects and capital investment/divestment projects;
- Control projects implementation schedule and cost utilization;
- Cooperation with various functional teams within corporate;
- Coordination and monitoring of suppliers deliveries execution activities connected to investment projects;
- Manage and monitor contractors’ compliance with contracts terms and conditions, technical standards and regulations;
- Establish and maintain proper communication with all Project parties;
- Coordination of work of internal teams and external advisors within projects;
- Preparation of project documentation, reports and recommendations for statutory bodies of company in relation to managed projects;
- Preparation of analytic materials for corporate bodies;
- Management and support in dealings with public authorities, domestic and foreign contractors;
- Develop the objectives/goals within Project execution team and assign individual responsibilities;
- Project opportunities/risk management.
We Require:
- Technical University degree;
- 5 year experience in Project Management. At least 3 years in multidiscipline complex projects execution with budget over 100mln.CZK;
- Knowledge of oil&gas sector will be an advantage;
- Civil Construction on site management experience is a must;
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Project;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), native Czech or Slovak;
- Proven strong analytical skills;
- Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure;
- Very good organizational skills;
- Good time management/planning ability;
- Ability and interest to continuously learn;
- Flexibility and responsibility;
- Very strong ability to work in a team;
- Optimism and positive attitude;
- Driving license – B (willingness to travel).
