International IT Infrastructure

The individual must have proven experience in managing, leading and administering an international IT Infrastructure group at multiple locations.10 years full-time managerial experience in a corporate and International environment managing a team of at least five people in the area of IT Infrastructure operations.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:1. The responsibility of the position covers the following IT Infrastructure areas, including but not limited to; Messaging (email & IM), Windows servers, Linux servers, Virtualization, File & Print services, Terminal Services and VDI, Datacenter, Storage, Backup & Recovery, IT test and evaluation lab.2. Planning, Execution, Coordination (internal to Celgene and using 3rd party resources) on architecture design, development, implementation and service operations of all IT systems within the mentioned area of responsibility.3. Coordination with the IT Security team to ensure adherence to all aspects of IT Security.4. Ensure at all time that all Technology activities are established to function in accordance to Celgene SOP’s and other compliance guidance from FDA, SOX and other applicable regulations.5. Manage all projects costs within established and agreed budget and/or project based budget.6. Keep up to date with the computer industry related to IT technologies.7. Responsible for the co-ordination of training for the IT Technology INTL team. Keep an up to date list at all time with a calendar year forecast.8. Contribute to and manage large part of the global technology roadmap.9. Conduct analysis and planning of systems infrastructure to forecast and address the capacity needs of the business.10. Lead the IT Technology budget activities for the owned services in the International region.11. Understand strategic business objectives and translate them into tactical goals to be implemented by the IT Technology team.12. Manage effectively multi vendors relationships.13. Evaluate and foster technical and non-technical capabilities of personnel.14. Management of a team of technical talents in several IT areas. Develop, motivate and manage that team, including recruiting of new team members, as needed, according to budget.15. Foster an environment that strives for high availability of infrastructure required to support business systems.16. Liaise regularly with all IT Management to keep proper alignment for international Technology.17. Ensure reported problems, issues, systems failure etc … are resolved as soon as possible (within existing / agreed SLA) by supporting the involved IT teams.18. Develop a network inside Celgene to stay in regular contact with people inside and outside to communicate on process improvements.19. Handle timely communication with all stakeholders.20. Set directions, contribute to and lead the establishment of technology roadmaps, evaluation of new technologies, architecture and engineering of all evolutions and improvements of IT Infrastructure and personal computing technologies and services, fostering close collaboration and global alignment between the International, North America and India Technology groups.*MONEU*LI-NS1Qualifications• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deal with stakeholders at every level, inside and outside Celgene.
