Do you have 3+ years of experience as a Project Controller and have a solid understanding of project life cycles in Oil & Gas environment than we would like to get in touch with you.

As a Project Controller your key responsibility will be to maintain the project schedule and maintain, plan and allocate (manpower and equipment) resources for assigned projects. You will maintain progress measurements, control and reporting of all activities and perform earned value analysis. You will advise, report and analyze deviations from plan to the project manager on a regularly basis all to ensure smoothly running projects within budget and time.

You will keep track of all project commitments and invoice interface with our finance department for cash flow information and invoice payment, you are able to control and report on project costs, forecast and estimate final cost control and ensure change control and contingency management. Prepare cost estimations for new projects re manpower, equipment and materials availability and production and construction sequences. Prepare schedule reports (S-curves, timelines, PERT analyses and understand contractual matters.

Having a good understanding of work breakdown structure, work scope and logical sequences in terms of engineering (manufacturing and construction) disciplines makes your and our life easier.

You will liaise with all team leads / project managers and support interface between operational and project team on schedule and cost matters and will participate in project meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering / Economics or Management
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Controller, preferably in Oil & Gas / offshore industry
  • Primavera P6 knowledge is a must
  • Professional certification (PMP, IPMA, CIMA and/or ACCA) is an advantage
  • Cost Control software experience / advanced excel user
  • Good communication skills in English is a must
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solver
  • Highly motivated and flexible with a strong capability to motivate others
  • Creative thinker, open minded, self-starter and willing to improve from lessons learnt.
