The Academy of a leading international aid charity seeks a Learning and Development Officer to ensure learning needs are identified and matched with appropriate, relevant and cost effective solutions to ensure staff has the knowledge and skills to perform effectively in their current and future roles through well designed learning programmes and talent management processes.

Job involves, course design and delivery, evaluation and reporting on regular bases. The post holder will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, your role will involve; delivering, designing and scheduling training, assisting in the promotion of the L&D offering, building effective relationships with people at all levels of the organisation, managing course logistics communications and feedback. S/he will be the lead and manage e-learning portal and devise individual learning plans

Candidates should be confident and highly organised with a natural communication skill and experience in L&D coordination. The successful candidate will have an excellent level of computer literacy and excellent written and spoken English. The post holder will have experience of successfully developing and running learning interventions and sessions that are proven to be effective. The candidate will have knowledge and experience of working within talent management and career progression schemes.
