Marie Skłodowska-Curie European Joint Doctorate Programme in Advanced Biological Waste-To-Energy Technologies (8 positions)

Tampere University of Technology is a partner in the consortium arranging the Marie Skłodowska-Curie European Joint Doctorate (EJD) in Advanced Biological Waste-To-Energy Technologies (ABWET) programme. There are altogether 15 positions available for doctoral students and currently we are seeking to fill 8 of those positions starting on May 2015. The positions are for period of three (3) years

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions aim to support career development and training of researchers through international and intersector mobility. ABWET consortium is composed of 4 academic partners and 17 associated members (7 academic associated members, 1 international scientific association and 9 industrial partners, from 10 different countries). The programme is coordinated by the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio (Italy) and the other academic partners are UNESCO-IHE (The Netherlands), the Université Paris-Est(France) and Tampere University of Technology (Finland).

The PhD students enrolled in the ABWET programme will be registered and will start their work at the partner institute where they will carry out most of their doctoral activities (main host institution).
